I have tried soy many times, in the bar form and soy milk, i like soy milk. Soy is good for vegitaians. Soy comes from soybeans which are naturally grown beans simliar to size of a pea. Soy is a nutrition rich food delivering high quality of complete protien,carbphydrates,fiber, healthy fats, and a number of vitamins and minerals which are important to good health. it states the reasons why soy is condiered a superfood. It says that its a superfood because lower risk of heart disease, cancer and, osteoporosis.
