tobacco

I think if tobacco was legal we would have a higher death rate, tobacco is the single most preventable cause of premature deaths in the united states. In a dissusion it was said that its a more dangerous substance than either cocaine or marijuana. In harming ones health, tobacco doesnt affect your decision-making ability. tobacco shortens ones life, but cocaine debases it. Thats why its considered to be a more dangerous substance than cocaine or marijuana. I dont think that tobacco should be legalized because its got negative affects, and if people wanna waste 6 to 9 bucks on them then fine it can be there way of dieing theyve been told how dangerous it can be, but they dont listen and maybe they just dont have anything in there like to be happy about. Also if you have a kid i think its bad to smoke its a bad role model, and they may just follow in your foot steps. It also leads to heart attacks and a shorter life expectancy.

War on Drugs

I am in between legalizig drugs like weed because if it becomes legal then the younger kids are exposed to it and they have a higher chance of doing it because they would be more vaunrable, But The drug generally isn't more harmful than alcohol or tobacco if used in moderation. whick can also be a negative because most people have an alcohol problem which leads to high doses of drugs. Legalization would mean a lower price; thus, related crimes (like theft) would be reduced. Which can led to less people in jail but it can be bad because more people would be able to afford it so more people would be doing it. Some types of drugs are good like ones to help out cancer paitents. But i would also like to keep it illegal because Marijuana is often used as a stepping-stone drug, leading to heroin, cocaine, or other harder drugs and stoned drivig would increase which means there would be alot more accidents. If it also became legal second hand smoking rates would go up and more babies could be at risk.

bullying

One method to solve bulling would be to tell a parent, and if you see someone getting bullied you should take a stand and stick up for that person. Talking to a parent can be hard but its easier to have an adult in the situation than someone younger, because an adult it more mature and more experienced so they will take care of it in a better manner.You could also get the adult to talk to the bullies peers because maybe if the bully sees that his friends are doing the right thing they will follow them. It can be effective because we have halt and thats adults talking to kids about ways to help people getting bullied, what to do if you see someone getting bullie, and the consequences to bulling. kids feel safer and find it more easy to want to go to school.

Vaccinations

Some types of vaccinations work others dont, there's two types of the vaccination you can have theres; the nasal swab or the shot. the typical influenza season is usually during the cold and dry months of Winter and early Spring months. It has spread rapidly during the months of April and May which are in fact warm in Mexico. Study by the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City found that normal flu thrives in winter months because of the low humidity and low temperature. So more people should be concerned about getting sick in the winter instead of the summer since its a higher chance you get it in winter. Some symptoms are fever, cough, shortness of breath, and fatigue, chills, running nose, sore throat, headache, vomiting, and diarrhea. Some of these symtoms can also get confused with pneumonia. I had the shot, and the doctor told me that i just had the regular flu, but the time i was sick the regular flu didnt even come around yet, so i went to another docter and he said that it was swine flu. When you get the shot you get a little bit of the virus in you, and its up to your immune system to fight that, mine didnt, my immune system is weak. When i was a baby i have no immunities. Soy

I have tried soy many times, in the bar form and soy milk, i like soy milk. Soy is good for vegitaians. Soy comes from soybeans which are naturally grown beans simliar to size of a pea. Soy is a nutrition rich food delivering high quality of complete protien,carbphydrates,fiber, healthy fats, and a number of vitamins and minerals which are important to good health. farming

The price of food is very high and the environment isnt the greatest to grow foods in. personal problems can be eating un-heathly foods and gaining weight. Organic foods are more expensive then regular Groceries, which will make your total be high. When my mom gets groceries the bill usually comes to 300 dollars, because of all the people that comeover and eat our food. we get groceries every week, so its expensive. all we really do get is the basics to like milk, fruit, vegtables,eggs and bread.
